International Orders
We try our best to understand the customs requirements for various countries. However, we cannot guarantee that duties will not be added to your order, or that customs agents will permit the entry of your order. No refunds are possible for merchandise retained at your international border.
Shipping and Handling
All packages are sent by Canada Post insured mail. In stock items are shipped within 5 business days.
Rush Delivery
Please inquire for rush delivery fees.
Shipping Confirmation
The day after your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with delivery date, tracking number (if applicable), estimated time of arrival and the total order amount.
Back Orders
In the event that your item is out of stock, we will contact you and advise when the product will be available. We generally require 4-6 weeks for production of classic corsets and 8-14 weeks for custom corsets. Rush orders are possible, please enquire for rush order fees.
Shipping to a Different Address
We will be happy to send your item to a different address from your billing address. However, for the security of our customers and to deter fraudulent orders, Lace Embrace Atelier requires signed authorization (submitted by pdf) from the cardholder to ship to an alternate address. This policy is required and endorsed by Visa to prevent fraudulent orders and protect the cardholder.

Returns and Repairs
No refunds are available for custom orders, special orders, stockings, and lingerie. We offer a 14-day limited warranty to all merchandise. Lace Embrace Atelier is not responsible for a corset made to incorrect measurements supplied by the customer, or if the customer changes weight/ size after the order is placed. For repairs of custom orders, a return authorization number is required. Any repairs required after this period will be at the customer’s expense. If you find your corset doesn’t fit properly, we do offer alteration services for an additional cost.
