Product Description
Reminiscent in purpose to a modern camisole, the corset cover was traditionally used to cover the seam lines of the bones and busk of the corset. Additionally, the corset cover was worn for modesty under a gown or under sheer garments, much like a slip is worn today.
Wearing the corset cover over the corset is the way it was traditionally worn. However, don’t let that stop you! A lot of our clients like to wear them simply as tops or even under their corsets! Adjusting the lace so that the top goes down your shoulders gives it a flirty look.
The shorter length of this garment allows for the bottom of your corset to be visible. Otherwise, it pairs perfectly with high waist bottoms.
