Lace Embrace is a small, caring team of time-honoured corsetières. Every Lace Embrace corset is patterned and designed by Melanie and finished in the Atelier—by the same skilled makers you’ll meet in our boutique and studio. Our work is informed by our extensive collection of original antique corsets and lingerie (1700–1970), blended with modern fitting knowledge and real-world wearability.

Making each corset as it is ordered is how we keep corsetry ethical, intentional, and smarter over time. We begin cutting and sewing only after your order is placed—so we avoid overproduction, reduce wasted materials, and don’t spend precious maker-hours on pieces that may never find their person. It also keeps our atelier creatively agile: we can refine fit, upgrade construction, and thoughtfully redesign details as we learn from clients and evolve our patterns.
