Lace Embrace Atelier began our journey as a corset-making business by making one-of-a-kind pieces for brides who wanted to wear corsets that were expertly crafted, and patterned from extant museum examples, breathing life into pieces of history. From there, we have grown and evolved into the place you go when you need something no one else has tried before.

We've made everything from corseted saree bodices, to rococo-reproduction gowns, to tailored corset vests, to Argentine Tango inspired ensembles in scarlet red and Addams black.

Whether it be Silk or Satin, velvet or leather, we will work with you to create an heirloom-quality garment that is truly meaningful, and celebrates the person that you are on your special day. 

As bridal work typically requires more elaborate details and is required by a finite deadline, we request that you contact us as soon as possible to get an estimate of the time required to construct your bridal ensemble. We typically require 4 - 8 months on average to complete an ensemble. 

Custom Corsets with Lace Embrace

We recommend booking a fitting to start the custom process. If you are unable to visit our Atelier in person, a video consultation is your first step. A skilled member of our team will help you select the perfect silhouette and style to flatter your figure. If you already have a vision, all the better! We look forward to creating something special just for you.

Your custom corset will be crafted according to your unique measurements and shape. Choose from our extensive collection of specialty fabrics. We will work with you in selecting the perfect details to enhance your custom creation - whether it be decadent lace trim, satin covered garters, or whimsical flossing. Fancy a zipper closure? We can do that. Your imagination is the only limit.

After the appropriate non-refundable deposit has been made, please book an appointment with us via the "Book-a-Fitting" button at the top of the webpage to meet with us in person or via video call. During your appointment, we'll take your measurements and discuss the finer details of your corset.

Full payment up front is not expected, as the final cost of your corset or bespoke ensemble will depend on the materials, labour time, and embellishments chosen.
